Service description
Jaypaper provides acoustic intelligence for Amazon Connect Customer contact centres. The service performs real-time Voice Activity Detection on audio streams and delivers analytics through an AI agent interface (MCP server).
What Jaypaper is not
- Not a call recording solution
- Not a transcription service
- Not a compliance or legal discovery tool
- Not a replacement for Contact Lens or similar transcript-based analytics
Billing
- Per-minute pricing based on call audio processed
- 1,000 minutes free every month (permanent, not a trial)
- Overage billed at the published rate (~$0.003/min)
- No contracts, no minimums
- Billing is metered — you pay for what you use
Your responsibilities
- Maintaining your AWS account and Kinesis Data Stream
- Ensuring your contact flow is correctly configured
- Complying with your own organization's policies regarding call monitoring
- Informing agents and callers about monitoring as required by your jurisdiction

Availability
During beta: best-effort uptime with no formal SLA. We'll be transparent about any incidents. A formal SLA will be introduced with general availability.
Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, Jaypaper loses access to new call data immediately (once the IAM role is revoked). All stored acoustic features are deleted within 30 days.
