About Jaypaper
Jaypaper is an acoustic intelligence platform for Amazon Connect contact centres. We detect silence, crosstalk, and conversation patterns in real-time from raw audio — no transcription required.
Built by a contact centre engineer who got tired of paying for transcription to detect silence. The insight that most supervisors need — “is this call going well or poorly?” — doesn’t require understanding what’s being said. It requires understanding how the conversation sounds.
Supervisors see their data through a live dashboard with per-call behavioral scoring, talk timelines, and tunable thresholds. Expand any call for a full breakdown. Adjust the weights and everything recomputes instantly — no waiting, no reprocessing.

What we believe
-
Privacy by architecture
If you never store the content of a conversation, you never have to worry about protecting it. Jaypaper processes acoustic features only — speech presence, energy levels, timing patterns. The meaning of the call is never captured.
-
Deterministic and tunable
No model drift, no hallucination. Every score is reproducible. Supervisors own the thresholds — adjust what counts as an interruption, what silence duration matters, what talk balance is ideal. Change a dial and everything recomputes from first principles.
-
Every call, all the time
Sampling misses patterns. Always-on monitoring across every call means you catch the outliers, the trends, and the slow drifts that sampled data hides.
-
Works with what you already have
Jaypaper adds an always-on behavioral layer on top of your existing Amazon Connect analytics — acoustic scoring on every call, no transcript required. It runs alongside your current tooling, not instead of it.
